Nicole Iredale – Nursing Assistant
Nicole has always been an animal lover and currently shares her home with Hugo the dog, Eddie the tortoise and five rabbits; Lottie, Bunsen, Ambrosius, Villanelle and Loki. Nicole trained in Jewellery and silversmithing, and when she’s not here at Carrot Tops, she’s running her own business making and selling precious metal jewellery. Beth Jones – Nursing Assistant
Beth has lived in the Forest of Dean for most of her life is known to friends and colleagues as The Cat Lady. She lives with Tilly the cat but has previously kept all manner of pets from Russian hamsters to a bearded dragon. Beth trained in Animal Science and graduated from Hartpury College in 2011, and spends most of her spare time either in the woods or doing crosswords with “help” from her feline accomplice.
